Sadiq Personal PA is a private personal-assistant application used only by its owner and explicitly authorized accounts.
The application may access Gmail message metadata and content, selected attachments when needed for an approved briefing rule, and Google Calendar data needed to check for and create validated events.
Google user data is used only to provide the application's private assistant functions: filtering and prioritizing relevant messages, generating a concise daily Malayalam briefing, and validating or creating calendar events from explicit high-confidence information.
Processing is performed through the owner's self-hosted Sadiq Personal PA automation. Deterministic local privacy filters are applied before AI processing wherever practical. Only minimized and sanitized content needed for the briefing may be sent to Google Gemini APIs for language and speech generation. The resulting briefing audio may be delivered to the owner's private Telegram chat. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.
Version 1 is designed without a separate long-term application database for Gmail content. Temporary audio is normally removed after successful delivery. Operational execution logs may be retained by the owner's self-hosted automation platform according to its configured retention settings. Access credentials are kept in the application's credential store and are not intentionally exposed in public pages or outputs.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An authorized user can revoke the application's Google access at any time from the security or third-party access section of their Google Account.
For privacy questions, contact the application owner using the support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
